Winning the Long Game: Why We’re Elevating the CKA SAVE Project for 2026

By Dr. Keith Adams Founder & President, CKA SAVE Project

I’ve just returned from the Final 4 in Indianapolis, and the conversations echoing through the halls of the NABC and the GM Summit were clear: The collegiate landscape hasn't just shifted; it has been completely reconstructed.

We are living in an era of "Unrestricted Free Agency," where the Transfer Portal and NIL dominate the headlines. But behind those headlines, a quieter crisis is brewing. Institutional budgets for academic support are shrinking, and the "Grade Inflation Trap" is creating a widening Resume Gap—a dangerous void between a student-athlete’s transcript and their actual professional readiness.

At the CKA SAVE Project, we’ve always believed that being "eligible" is not the same as being "ready." To meet this moment, we are updating our services and pricing for 2026. We aren't just providing "help"—we are providing the elite oversight and strategic roadmap necessary to win the long game.

1. Individual Services: Navigating "Time Poverty"

In a world of constant travel and high-stakes competition, time is the student-athlete's most scarce resource. Our updated individual services move beyond simple tutoring to Academic & Athletic Management.

  • The Roadmap: Our new Academic Skills & "Gap" Assessment ($450) goes beyond the surface to identify the literacy and research gaps that grade inflation often hides.
  • The "GM" Mindset: For the athlete viewing themselves as a "Business of One," our Consulting and Executive Plans provide the blueprint for navigating the PIE Model (Performance, Image, and Exposure).
  • Full Academic Outsourcing ($3,750): This is our Gold Standard—a full year of dedicated success coaching, ensuring that when the jersey comes off, the professional career is ready to begin.

2. Premier Specialized Services: Portal & NIL Strategy

The Transfer Portal shouldn't be a shot in the dark, and NIL shouldn't be a series of one-off deals.

  • Our Transfer Portal Navigation ($2,250) provides a deep-dive compliance review and "Contract Clarity" to ensure that your next chapter protects your degree as much as your playing time.
  • Our NIL Strategy Consulting ($2,500) uses industry-standard valuation modeling to build long-term brand architecture, not just short-term sponsorships.

3. Institutional Support: Filling the Budget Gap

I’ve heard from Athletic Directors and Coaches across the country: The needs are growing, but the staff budgets are shrinking. The CKA SAVE Project is stepping into that gap with our Virtual Academic & Professional Excellence Hub ($7,500/semester). We provide schools with a "pro-style" support system featuring certified education professionals. We handle the academic monitoring and professional development virtually, allowing the coaching staffs to focus on winning while we focus on the "100/100 Standard" of student-athlete growth.

Our Core Commitment: Accessibility

While we are elevating our services to match the professionalized nature of modern athletics, our mission remains rooted in equity. The CKA SAVE Project believes high-level representation should not be a luxury. Financial Aid and Scholarships remain available for all individual services to ensure athletes from every community have a ladder to the 100/100 Standard.

The Road Ahead

The "standard" is moving. Don't let your preparation stay stationary. Whether you are a parent looking to protect your child’s future, or a coach looking to outsource excellence, The CKA SAVE Project is your strategic partner.
